The conversation history is retained in our systems for the purposes to following up should you or us have a need to contact each other in the future.

Upon request, we will be happy to delete the history of our conversations (including your contact details, and the fact that any conversations happened in the first place).

Registering on the website

If you choose so, you may register on our website. The website will record your first name, surname, and email address for the purposes of recognising that you are you when using the website. This information will be used should you decide to register for any of our courses directly on this website (not via any third party providers such as Udemy).

You may also select your display name, which is not really used by the website at the moment, but will be once we introduce new social features.

Should you decide to delete your account with us, please contact us and we will be happy to delete all records about you.

Enrolling in a training course

If you enroll in any course on this website directly (not via third party provides such as Udemy), we will use your email address and name and surname as provided during registration to issue the course completion certificate. We will also store your course progress.

This information needs to be retained by us to confirm your course completion in case of an IIBA audit.

Upon request, we are happy to delete your records, however this means you may loose access to your course materials (even if already paid for), course completion certificate (even if already completed the training), and IIBA PDUs.

All the information stored by the website is stored and managed by Wix in accordance with Wix Privacy Policy.
